1 year agoPlease DO NOT select this contractor, Elevate Builder Trend. We signed a contract to rebuild a residential home and paid thousands of dollars according to the agreement. However, the owner, Robert, repeatedly delayed the project and asked for more money, providing various excuses such as not having enough manpower or his contractors being on vacation. We eventually had to hire our own attorney to work with him. His tactic seems to be to delay, ask for more money, and delay some more. It has been almost impossible to work with him, and dealing with the owner has been a nightmare. Now, the project is months behind schedule. We are considering legal options to sue him and recover our money if he does not complete the project on time. We have suffered so much stress dealing with the owner. We made a BIG mistake by choosing this company. Please DO NOT make the same mistake we did. -

The men were timely, explained everything they were doing and eased my worries. They always cleaned up each day and the end result was perfect! -
