1 year agoMy garage door needed replacing so I asked folks on the NextDoor app for recommendations. Able Garage Door was one of them. I called at 7 am when they opened and RJ answered. He asked the size of the door and what door I wanted to replace it with. I also had the motor replaced. RJ explained that he upgrades the hardware on all jobs just to do it right. And the basic door he sold me is 24 gauge (thicker and more robust than some cheaper doors). RJ put me on his schedule and showed up today on time to install it. It took him about 3-4 hours to do the job. He even programmed my car to open the door. The price was $1500 cheaper than what I was quoted by A1 Garage (don't recommend them, by the way). Bonus - RJ even took a few minutes of his time to help me with a project I was working on. He is an excellent mechanic! I highly recommend Able Garage Door Service. The door looks great and the opener is smooth and quiet. -
