1 year agoLet me tell you about my experience with this company, We called last night to set up an appt to get our garage door checked due to the spring busting on my garage door. The person whom we communicated to make an appointment his name is Uriel, we explained to him what happend and he said he would be here from 10-12 AM. This morning this man came knocking to our door, mind you it was not the guy who we scheduled to get our garage door checked. I Let him in he already seemed to have a bad attitude, when he came in to pur garage he looked and said it's a broken spring, I said ok he kept shaking his head and saying we'll I can't do it! you have two cars does this car even work? I looked at him and was so confused with his attitude but tried to not get upset and smiled and said yes it works. He then started raising his voice at me saying that his going to need help raising the garage door I said ok and let him know my husband was 5-10min away he then mumbled something and shook his head and stated I can't do it, that's when I said you know what you have a really bad attitude sir not sure why? And been saying so many negative things in regards to your job if you can't do your job I understand. That's when he put his hands on his hips again and said I can do it I just need help raising the door. That's when I said we are paying you to do that, but since you have been so rude since you rang the door bell and have been so negative in regards to your job you can leave. He looked and smile and said FINE! I would post the video of his little tamptrum that he was doing when he was leaving my house but figured this post and his pictures could maybe make him change his attitude and have better customer service, or maybe the company can provide better people whom actually need and love there job! I will never call this company again and I will be posting all over social media to spread the word on the the service that this company provides, because even after this happen we called uriel from abme garage door service to let him know what had happen and all he said was oh yeah he said he needed help for the broken spring to lift the door, not once did he apologize for sending this man whom didn't seem to like his job or know how to do his job and not once did he offer to come check it out or to help us in any form. Gotta love rude people whom hate there job 10/01/2024 Replying in regards to whoever decided to reply to my review, we had scheduled to get our garage checked by Uriel who is not the person who's in this picture only one person came out and like I said I have the video and yes my husband did talk to this gentleman over the ring camera because I was at home by myself and for safety reasons, sobhe got on the ring camera and ask him if he was uriel which he rudely responded and yelled no he wasn't and he was here to check the door for the garage. My husband was caught off guard because uriel never told my husband that he was going to send someone to check the garage all he said it was going to charge $85 for a service fee and $375.00 for a spring change and told us he would be over around 10am-12am that all uriel said. But to each there own, i hardly ever do reviews as a matter of fact this is my second review on a company that has dissapoint me, and ofcoarse they have there own version which makes sense theyvare trying to protect there image, but when people are rude and not helpfulspecially from a company whso been doing this for 15+years sometimes theyvneed to be reminded the customer service does matter. I'm just thankful I went with a better buisness whom didn't charge a service fee and got the job done with a much better price and came with two people,because we gaved them and advance the the spring was broken like we told uriel and this company was on it! sad part is uriel had done my parents rentals properties garages even my moms home, who gave me his contact information but adly I didn't have the same experience as my parents did. hope no one experiences the same thing we did with this company. -

1 year agoTim does an excellent job of fixing garage doors. He's been to my place twice - once to fix the gears and another to replace a broken spring. He is prompt, professional, skilled and his prices are fair. Highly recommended.
