1 year agoI have had Matt service my pool for approximately two years - it has always sparkled and looks consistency great - never have I had better service! To the added benefit, he will make minor repairs to the equipment (if he knows how) and will investigate if he doesn't. Today he replace a heat sensor in my pool heater so I can heat the pool again while I wait the estimated 3+ weeks for the manufacturer's repair person to arrive. My grandsons will be overjoyed as they are on Spring Break and really want to swim (3 and 5 year olds do not understand we don't swim when it's in the 60's in Florida - they are little polar bears.). I cannot say enough good things about this company. -

3 years agoWe used the services of this pool company for several years. We had different techs and all kept pool very nice with the exception of the owner. We asked many times why our pool was never in proper swimming condition and his response was that it's a difficult pool. He did not clean filter regularly . After many conversations between him and my husband on how this can be rectified we then noticed he used our chlorine jug to service our own pool. This was it for me. I emailed to stop service immediately and advised why. The owner called me and basically stated I was lying about every issue. Very unprofessional. It was so disappointing. After 2 weeks of servicing the pool myself, it looks better than it had since he took it over. On top of it all he was always smoking on our property. Very unprofessional. -

4 years agoReflections pool service has gone above and beyond to make sure our pool is clean and running smoothly. Our pool technician Nicole is a joy to speak with. She takes her time to explain and I always walk away feeling confident that I can handle any issues with the pool. Nicole takes pride in her work and it shows, our pool looks so much cleaner. Reflections pool takes the happiness of their customers seriously, they address ALL of our concerns in a timely manner. We discovered a leak in our pool a day before going on vacation and not only did Matt and Nicole tell us the best way to handle the issue so we wouldn't come back to a green pool but they gave us peace of mind by coming out to check on the pool and texting us with an update. They also referred us to another business's to fix the leak. Very happy that our neighbor recommended reflections pool service to us. Between Matt and Nicole we know the care of our pool is in great hands. -
