9 years agoIt went very well. Cristian Mendez did the installation. He was very helpful with giving me advice and with helping me find the type of wood I was looking for. I had specific requests for the style and installation of the floor and he was very flexible with me. Extra care was taken to insure the work area was cleaned up afterwards. -

9 years agoExcellent. Cris and his team were extremely prompt, professional and courteous. Extremely happy with carpet and hardwood. Shower tile presented some challenges because of the room and glass panel limitations but they easily solved any problems (this is a plus and exceeded my expectations). The shower is a work of art. I did not know of this company until they were recommended to me and the positive nature of this review is directly related to the work and customer experience involved. Before hiring Mendez Flooring I anticipated problems and/or delays. This was not the case. Not only did they realize my project plans they made suggestions to improve upon them. Exceeds expectations again. The pricing is in line with other quotes but based on the quality of work and the project experience I'd say it's a bargain. They actually called me more than I called them to confirm arrival times and questions about work being performed. In the end they demonstrated extreme respect for the premise and us as well.
