3 months agoJack came out to check the heat pump, it was throwing cool air for about 20 minutes instead of heat. He checked everything out and is operating well. Jack explained it may have been an extra long defrost cycle that caused the cool air. I am happy with the explanation and nothing is wrong with the heat pump. He did a thorough evaluation and that is one of the reasons I like this company. Schiller is the best. -

4 months agoUpdate Nov 25, 2025. Had our Winter tune-up on our 12 year old HVAC ... all working good, and re-newed our annual maintenance agreement. As usual - five star service, always recommend. May 2025 Brandon just did our semi-annual 'summer HVAC tune up'. .. we're good to go until our fall tune up. Have always had excellent, reliable service from Schiller H&C for 10 years. Fast, friendly and fair pricing. Solved many problems for us. The annual maintenance agreement is the best way to keep our HVAC running reliably through our sizzling summers and cooler winters and with peace of mind. Recommend. -

4 months agoUPDATE 11/24/2025: We've worked with Schiller several times during the year. The service is always excellent! Jack conducted maintenance on our unit today. He's courteous, professional, and skilled. Jack also noticed that a spigot on our roof was running, which could have been very expensive if left unnoticed. We'll continue to work with Schiller's great team of professionals in the future! --- We're grateful to Schiller Heating & Cooling because we'd been without AC in 106 degree temperatures for more than two days. Brandon was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. He also presented a number of options to help us save money. I'd highly recommend this honest and responsive team!
