3 months agoI give this company 10/10. Actually 15/10! We called them right around the Christmas holiday and my first question was are there increased rates for Holiday treatments. They said no it's the same rate no matter what day you call and no matter what day we come we're here to help with any kind of pests in your home. Their initial inspection was on Christmas Eve and I was so thankful it was like the only Christmas present I asked for was help with the mouse problem we were recently encountered with. Riley is so professional and through. He explained exactly what was going on, knew a TON of knowledge about mice, and went through our house inside and out. He asked all the right questions to know exactly where to put the snap traps and offered sticky traps, which we declined. Since seeing our first mouse about a month ago until now, 10 mice have been killed. Riley said 6-12 are usually in a small gathering like we described having. We signed a monthly check up arrangement. But after only 5 days I was texting that we needed a "touch up". Riley came that very day! And that night swat it had trapped 2 more mice! I truly appreciate Riley and trust Swat It Pest Control with all of our pest problems. -

10 months agoWe had an infestation of bees. It was 6 pm when we discovered it. I started calling places and Swat It was the only place that was cordial, informed and could be at our house at 7 am the next day.We were told,after sending photos, what our options would be and that nothing would be done until we were given the estimate. Eric arrived early and talked us through the process ,after assessing the work. He did an amazing job and answered our questions throughout the time. He has a wealth of knowledge about bees ,which he was kind enough to share.Yes, we would recommend this company. We feel that we really lucked out by just cold calling places. -
