9 months agoWe bought a new home and had bugs, spiders ants everywhere. We called platinum pest and termite to come take care of this out of control bug problem. They came out and took care of it for us. We have not had any bug issues since. It's hard to find a quality company that I can trust. They let us know ahead of time and we pop the garage and they take care of it all. We have a dog and they are great with the dog and the chemicals they use are pet friendly. Highly recommend them. You won't regret it. Great communication, great product, great customer service. 5 stars. -

9 months agoI honestly can't say enough good things about Platinum Pest Control. From the very first interaction, it was clear this isn't just another pest control service. Jared and Morgan, the owners, are genuinely kind people who truly care about their customers, and it shows in everything they do. They were incredibly attentive to detail and took the time to explain what they were seeing, what they were treating, and why it mattered. Nothing felt rushed or transactional. You can tell they take real pride in their work and hold themselves to a high standard. Most importantly, the results have been outstanding. We noticed a difference almost immediately, and the peace of mind alone is worth it. It's rare to find a residential company that combines professionalism, expertise, and genuine care the way Platinum Pest Control does. If you're looking for pest control done right by people you can trust, this is it. Jared and Morgan have built something special, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Platinum Pest Control to family, friends, or anyone who wants amazing results with top-notch service.
