1 year agoDon't bother. I called and got vm. Two days later I got a call back that went to my vm. I called back and left yet another message. I also spent the time to fill out their online form that took nearly 45 mins, gave detailed description of each room of our house, what furniture we have, how many boxes etc etc. No call. After two weeks I called yesterday and spoke to JD. I explained that I left a message on Nov 21 and it's now Dec 3rd. I reminded him that I filled out THEIR form to HELP THEM get an idea of what size job it would be. He apologized said he would look it all over and call me back same day. NOTHING. Must be nice to have so much business that you can ignore new potential clients. UPDATE: JD and I have had a conversation and cleared up some things. I respect this organization for standing up and pointing out a flaw in process. Would recommend Moving Pros to anyone! -

2 years agoMost rude, flippant and disrespectful mover I have ever encountered. Truck drove up next door, blocked over half of my driveway. When I told driver I was going to need to leave in about 15 minutes, he said we're right here. Just come tell us. I thought letting him know prior to getting household goods out and ramp ready would be helpful. As I drove away, I was told to go "f" myself. Only giving 1 star so I can post this. Zero would be appropriate. -

3 years agoWe really appreciated the way they packed our first two moving trucks so full and organized. They are in the process of moving us, most likely six 26 foot trucks from Wickenburg AZ to Idaho. Prior to this the crew moved us from our ranch into nine huge UHAUL storage units. No job is too big or small. Friendly, large ambitious crew of men who work very hard to satisfy the customer. This was a huge move, house over 5100 square feet, barn and sheds. You can trust them. 4 years agoI spoke with Gerade yesterday. I told him we had a hospice patient who needed a bed picked up and delivered to him. He was so wonderful and said 'I'll do it first thing tomorrow'. Sure enough Moving Pro's picked up a bed and PAID for the sheets for the patient themselves and set it up. This made my patients day so very much and he was so very thankful. I can not say enough wonderful things of these kind hearted movers. I highly recommend. If I could give a 10 I would!! Thank you guys! xo
