I saw that another family had highly recommended AVI air conditioning on the neighborhood app after all the 24/7 emergency A/C repair companies had failed him over the same holiday weekend. I called Bert this morning and he showed up the same day. He was honest and gave us some good recommendations. His prices are reasonable and he was not trying to sell me something I didn't need. I highly recommend this small business owner if you want good, honest work. He has 30 years experience in the business. -

4 years agoSo our AC unit went out last night. I tried calling different companies I found on google who advertised they were available 24/7 and they couldn't come out due to the holidays. Some companies didint even call me back. I then saw on Nextdoor app someone recommended Bert with AVI heating and cooling. I called him and within 30 min he arrived at my house. Bert was able to diagnose and fix the problem completely within 30 min. I cant thank him enough for taking care of us so quickly. He is very professional, punctual and the prices are reasonable. This is why I love family owned businesses. Give him a call if you have any issues with your A/C in the future. I highly recommend him. -

Honestly, I might have laid it on a little thick when I brought up 'my babies being in the home in such heat.' They were there in no time at all. They were knowledgeable, professional, informative, courteous and prompt. I highly recommend them. This company is a pleasure to work with! 5 years agoLast night at bunko I was talking with the girls about how my air conditioner just didn't seem to be working like it did last year. My neighbor recommended AVI heating and cooling. Since I'm a widow I'm afraid of getting taken advantage of but since my neighbor recommended them I thought I would try them out. I was greeted by a friendly voice on the phone and they were able to come out later that day. I was told that all it needed was cleaned and the filters changed and it's working like a charm. Thank you for all your help. -
