3 months agoI am a repeat customer of Organic Looms, and have spent quite a large amount with them. Unfortunately our latest purchase was misrepresented in regards to how timely it would be made and delivered. Given we were replacing a damaged rug, and putting our bedroom together depended on the rug arriving, the timeline we were given was a big factor in deciding to purchase here. Communication was very poor, requiring multiple inquiries to solicit a response. And time after time the delivery date slipped - well past their stated worst case scenario. I understand manufacturing in third world countries is unpredictable at times, but if that's your product be more upfront with how much a timeline can slip. And respond to emails. Won't order from them again based on customer experience (and price was not differentiated). -

I'm always impressed by the staff's knowledge and helpfulness. They have modern, contemporary, and traditional styles, truly something for every space. If you're looking for area rugs, this is the place to go! -
