3 months agoI had been dreading replacing the torsion spring on my garage door because I have heard how much my friends and neighbors had paid. I finally had to do it and Nate's Garage Doors not only did a fantastic job, he was dramatically less expensive as my friends and neighbors. He even showed me how to replace a roller that I need so I didn't have to pay him even more to do it. I plan on only using them for my garage door needs moving forward. -

8 months agoToday we had a representative of this company come by. He had poor customer service skills and was a very aggressive salesman. After much back and forth (5 days), he performed the service requested competently for the price quoted. -

9 months agoThe person from the company came to the house and after seeing the home charged 3 times the price for the repairs. He didn't fix the garage the first time the right way and had to call him daily for two weeks before he came back. When he came back he charged 175 to program a controller and then said the unit needed to be changed. We called someone else and he fixed everything for 125 dollars and told us Nate's charge 3x the actual cost! Would not recommend them to anyone unless you have money to give away and be used!! -
