5 months agoKen and Dave Are the go-to guys for your AC job in Scottsdale. I've had them over for two jobs so far and have had top-notch service both times. First was a mini split install. They worked with me in picking out a unit and came and installed it in my guest house in an afternoon easily. Next was the big one we all dread here in Arizona. My 20 year old 3 ton rooftop unit was starting to struggle. I called Ken and he came out right away to look it over and top off the refrigerant. He and Dave went to great lengths to work with me and educate me on how to keep it going through the summer before even talking about a whole new unit. A leak is a leak (especially on a 20 year old unit), and after a couple weeks the unit was struggling to cool again. With two young kids at home this wasn't going to last long. Within a few days they got me the right unit, got it installed and running and now I'm wearing a sweater in my house! These two know their business in and out, will help you learn about your machine, and will always help you figure out the best plan to fit your needs. They're super friendly and professional, and they are long time local guys from the Scottsdale area. Throughout the job they gave me tons of DIY advice on how to make my house cooler and more efficient as well. On top of that, they quoted considerably less than another company I spoke to! Save yourself the time and hassle and go with Cool Aid for all your AC needs. -
