2 months agoI'd give zero if it were an option. Years ago this company really did good work for me but last year I called them out for regular service (no issues) they missed the appointment and didn't answer any of my calls till hours later. The tech apologized and offered to do the service for free 3 weeks later ( a little annoying but hey free) when they came out the tech made my wife feel very uncomfortable and was pretty rude. He said the system looked great and left after checking it out. The very next day the system stopped blowing cold air. When we called them to do an emergency call they couldn't fit us in but we called another company and they said it was iced up from low refrigerant. I called Alan's back because they said it was perfect and the owner got super defensive and aggressive. After a way too long call he agreed to send someone out and test the system. Pretty sure they just came out and added refrigerant and left because they were supposed to come back a few months later and check the dye test but refused to answer my calls. But about 3 months after the service they started sending me a bill for the free service that started this whole thing and every month for the past 4 months I've emailed them to tell them I don't owe them any money and they say they will fix it but they never do so now I'm leaving this review. -

9 months agoHorrible service, my husband ask for a estimed, they got agreed to do it in the next 5 days, they show up and the technician does not have a ladder to go to the roof, how professional you are when you srt up a service on the roof and you don't bring a ladder?? So they have to come back next day at 10am, at 11:30 we recived a mssg that will ve at 12pm at 2pm I called them to see if they are coming, they said we will text them and 2 hours later the service deparmen does not know anything for any reason I had to go and forward worh 2 diferrents numbers nobody can contact by phone to the technician just by text and they don't have response from there empmoyes??? Very weird, don't waste time goint with this people they not professional or give you a quick answer. -

From the first call to the final installation, the team at Alan's Air was friendly, helpful, and really knew their stuff. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was set up perfectly before they left. Special shout out to Bryan and Craig The new system keeps the space super comfortable and runs so quietly you hardly notice it's on -
