6 years agoI just had my master bathroom redone and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and process of getting this accomplished. I initially only wanted my stand alone shower pulled out and tiled. Bill was the only contractor who recommended not only redoing my shower but knock out the wall, raise the ceiling, in order to create a larger shower. His knowledge and ability to get this done was impressive. I wound up getting my shower redone, walls painted, and floor redone. Bill is an honest, skilled, and trustworthy contractor. I'll be using Bill with my other projects to come. -

6 years agoBill has done a lot of work for us over the past 2 years, and all of it has been 5-star quality. He is easily the most competent contractor / handyman we've come across, and also the easiest to work / communicate with. Bill has a style of laying out your options to solve a particular problem, and then tailoring the solution to your preferences without ulterior obfuscation - he is transparent in the process, and will explain his reasoning / opinions while providing his input on your own ideas. If you're open to a proper 2-way discussion - this is your guy. If you're the type who doesn't want to get involved, Bill is still your guy - he's going to default to what he thinks will provide the most benefit to his clients. It definitely saves money (and time / energy / frustration) in the long-run to have the work done properly the 1st time.
