2 months agoGarage Door Repair. Dishonest & Extremely Deceptive. I fell for the High Pressured Sales Tactic and agreed to the 29.99 Home special lube. The tech scares ya by telling you the spring is going to break and door is going to fall. Yes I fell for it $1,683.22 Mistake. Oh and topped off with an auto charge membership that was not explained at all. I cancelled and will NEVER Recommend this company. There are a lot of other companies that are honest, this is not one of them! Oh and tells me my springs are old like early 2000's when the house was constructed in 2023, then says they must have used old parts sitting around for a long time. Yes I fell for it! -

I was so impressed with his knowledge of the products he installs. He fixed all my problems by installing new equipment. I am thrilled with the results. Definitely would recommend Jay again. -
