10 months agoI hired this company to install two new line sets for my AC units, and it turned out to be a major mistake. Ian, the owner, not only failed to complete the job, but also made serious errors in the process and showed a complete lack of knowledge when it came to troubleshooting Lennox systems. I was left without air conditioning for four days during the extreme Arizona summer, and Ian showed no sense of urgency or concern for the situation. His communication was consistently unprofessional--even speaking disrespectfully to my son, who is a licensed contractor. What's worse, Ian was more concerned with getting paid upfront than actually doing the work properly. I'm currently pursuing legal action due to the negligence and poor service I experienced. I've attached text message screenshots to show just how unprofessional and careless this company has been. Please take this as a serious warning--do not hire this company. -

1 year agoIan at Kings of Air really came through for us when we needed some AC repairs while in the process of selling our house. We were under some tight deadlines with the contract process and Ian was able to get us a fair estimate for repairs on a short turnaround and then got the work done and everything in tip top shape before closing. Would highly recommend, was great to deal with and we're happy with the work! -
