5 months agoGarage Door Repair. Dishonest & Extremely Deceptive. I fell for the High Pressured Sales Tactic and agreed to the 29.99 Home special lube. The tech scares ya by telling you the spring is going to break and door is going to fall. Yes I fell for it $1,683.22 Mistake. Oh and topped off with an auto charge membership that was not explained at all. I cancelled and will NEVER Recommend this company. There are a lot of other companies that are honest, this is not one of them! Oh and tells me my springs are old like early 2000's when the house was constructed in 2023, then says they must have used old parts sitting around for a long time. Yes I fell for it! -

I was so impressed with his knowledge of the products he installs. He fixed all my problems by installing new equipment. I am thrilled with the results. Definitely would recommend Jay again. -

5 months agoMy garage door spring broke and when they came out we learned that the gear on the motor was very worn. So the decision was made to replace everything but the door. The guys went to work and were done in no time. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!! They will be my go to for all my garage door needs. My garage door now works so well and sooooo quiet. I had no idea a garage door could be so quiet. If you need a repair or replacement do not hesitate to call Iconic!! They are amazing, hands down!!! Customer service is what I look when dealing with a business and there's was top of the line! Was very easy to schedule an appointment and then Bradley as well as the office kept me updated on when he would arrive. Bradley and Tyler did an amazing job!!
