1 year agoBlue Magic (Scott) was the best thing to happen to me and my family when we decided to put in a pool. The initial meeting he showed up on time and had lots of information and we sat and discussed my questions and question that I didn't even know I had until he told me about the things he would be quoting. Once we got the quote he worked with me to help bring the cost down without sacrificing quality of the pool. It became obvious very quickly that I had found someone I could trust and feel comfortable with during the largest expenditure of my life (actual house not included). During a the actual build he was communicative and forthcoming. He was also the one most critical to make sure everything was perfect (to him..it looked fine to me). To this day, after completion, he answers every question and addresses any concerns I have ever had. (Twice with he was on vacation). I don't write reviews, but there is no way I could not let someone know they are in good hands with Scott when you decide to build your families happy place! -

3 years agoMany delays, some due to Covid supply issues. Work all done by subs and never once did the owner/contractor ever check any of the work! Finally after months of contacting Scott I did get some issues corrected. After pool was drained for grout/chalk issue I was left with several rust stains in the bottom of a completely resurfaced pool. I'm not draining the pool a 3rd time in less then a year. I sure hope that my 10 year warranty stands up! Can't say I would recommend this company. Especially if you're a single women!!!!! -

5 years agoThis guy.... He wasn't on time... HE WAS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! His crew was so dang fast and he even helped out with pool filter and pump problems. He physically checked in himself over the 2 weeks following the service to make sure our pool water was chemically balanced (with his own chemicals) and gave us pointers on how to treat the newly plastered pool. TLDR? Great price, faster service and fantastic company. 5 Stars!! No matter where I buy a house next, I'm calling Scott.
