I appreciated his professionalism and his thoroughness meeting with me on several occasions to explain the details and secure our desires for a finished product. Our installer Luis did such a fantastic job, all the transitions and angles came out clean and beautiful. He really has a passion for what he does and it shows in his ethic and talent. Instead of being professional and saying the job was too small or they were not able to do it she just blew me off, refused to return my calls or my texts. Very unprofessional and not how you handle clientele. Bad business practices.
