7 months agoJan wanted "75% upfront, no exceptions, no refunds" and refused to accept any terms relating to project timelines and performance. Big red flags - good luck if you decide to work with this company. Response to Owner: "we are unable to alter our policies on a case-by-case basis, as doing so would compromise the consistency and fairness we strive to maintain across all projects" - pretzel logic -

11 months agoThe quality of their work is excellent, their pricing was significantly lower than other bids and in particular, they don't add a lot of profit on top of actual slab nor play games in measuring that others did to make it seem like we needed more material than we actually did. The other major differentiator is that, when you have a problem with a manufacturer (CAMBRIA) who refused to honor their warranty (twice denied after appeals) years after an install, Accent contacted them and immediately got them to accept responsibility. That means a lot and they were great about ensuring we were satisfied. I can't recommend them enough. -

1 year agoAccent came highly recommended by stone suppliers and GC. Unfortunately my experience did not meet these high expectations (and higher price than competitors). The countertop seam is in the middle of the inset cooktop and very noticeable- accent did send people out to try and make it better. But this final outcome is a let down. They did do a great job on the bathroom install but I don't think it's worth the higher price. -

2 years agoAccent did the most beautiful job on my home. To say that this company is incredible is an understatement. From start to finish, our experience was only positive. They went above and beyond for my project. I used both porcelain and quartz in my home. The seams are flawless, and they fit the design of the slabs perfectly. The entire team was so great to work with and incredibly talented, especially Hector and his crew. And shout-out to Vinnie! Vinnie is a master, and made all of hopes for the stone in this home a reality. Thank you, thank you! And thank you to all of the Accent team. I couldn't more highly recommend this company!
