1 month agoWe have worked with 4Sons several times in the last two years. Each time they delivered as promised at a reasonable price. Customer support is family level, several steps up from corporate. We had one install problem with a door (manufacturer issue) which they worked with us to resolve as quickly as possible. My wife had a real estate client door install done by another company (due to time constraints) that ended up costing $500 more than 4sons would have charged. Good communication, highly recommend! -

1 month agoI rated it a 1 because of a few reasons. I paid $100 to the warranty company and you never submitted the report or even responded to them contacting you. You said it couldn't be fixed and a new door would be needed that couldn't match my current door and it would cost $4,000. I had another company come out that I had worked with in the past and the replace the bar for $190 and the project is done. -
