6 months agoWe have worked with 4Sons several times in the last two years. Each time they delivered as promised at a reasonable price. Customer support is family level, several steps up from corporate. We had one install problem with a door (manufacturer issue) which they worked with us to resolve as quickly as possible. My wife had a real estate client door install done by another company (due to time constraints) that ended up costing $500 more than 4sons would have charged. Good communication, highly recommend! -

I was grateful to these fellas a few years back when I had an issue; my garage door is stable to this day! As if that wasn't enough the service they provide is second to none. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs garage door service. -

6 months agoThe tech left 3 bolts attaching the roller rail to the wall loose, I had to tighten them. He upsold me on cables and bearings when the opener rail attached to the wall above the door. Since he left those bolts loose I am beginning to wonder about the quatilty of work and the need of the up charge. This is the kind of workmanship one receives when the tech is on comission.
