2 months agoThey bought out my HVAC and plumbing company and they do not stand up to the quality. The technician that came to flush my water heater, I never saw any evidence of that being done. Then he had the audacity to tell me my water heater was leaking, but couldn't show me where! The have taken on the same business model as George Brazil! Never again. -

FAQ
How does Service Experts Phoenix determine pricing for HVAC repair or plumbing services?
We assess your home's specific setup, including factors like system size, age, and the scope of work needed, to provide a custom quote. This ensures you get an accurate cost based on actual requirements rather than generic estimates. We walk you through all options so you understand exactly what affects the final price.
Are you licensed and insured for HVAC and plumbing work?
Service Experts Phoenix holds the necessary licensing and insurance required for HVAC contracting and plumbing services in Phoenix, AZ. Our team carries general liability and workers' compensation coverage to protect your property and ours during jobs. You can request proof of these upon contacting us.
Does Service Experts Phoenix handle water heater installation and video camera inspections?
We install water heaters and perform video camera inspections for sewers as part of our plumbing services. Our technicians also service outdoor AC units and handle drain cleaning to address issues in your desert climate home. These tasks ensure your systems run efficiently without guesswork.
What is your typical arrival window and scheduling process?
We offer same-day service when possible for urgent needs like a tenant's AC failure, with technicians arriving as scheduled. Expect clear communication on timelines from initial call to completion, including quick response for diagnostics. Our process minimizes downtime by prioritizing efficiency in Phoenix's heat.
Does Service Experts Phoenix clean up after HVAC or plumbing jobs?
We leave your home clean by removing old parts, debris, and any waste from repairs or installations like water heater replacements. Technicians use protective measures during work to avoid mess on floors or surfaces. This standard practice keeps your space ready for immediate use post-service.
Why is hiring you safer than attempting HVAC or plumbing repairs as a DIY project?
Professional tools like manifold gauges and video cameras allow precise diagnosis of issues such as faulty thermostats or sewer problems that DIY methods can't match. Our approach follows manufacturer specs for refrigerant charging and electrical wiring to prevent hazards like leaks or shocks. This reduces risks of further damage or voided warranties compared to unguided home attempts.
