2 months agoHayden from Lincoln Air came our home today to inspect my 2 a/c units. He was extremely thorough. He also blew out my drip lines and changed my filters. He did all of this free of charge.He went over everything along with pictures He took. We are definitely going to have them do some repairs. -

2 months agoI am a superintendent in the Construction industry and Lincoln was the Mechanical vendor on the project. Later when I was working in another state my wife was home and our AC unit went out and because of the good relationship on previous project, I called and asked Lincoln to help us out and they installed a new unit and then went over and above and ran a new duct into a hot spot the house always had before. When I returned home the next week everything was taken care of and was better than before. My wife and I are appreciative. Thank you Lincoln and the service techs that came to the rescue. -

2 months agoAll of the staff at Lincoln Air are professional and exceedingly helpful. Right from the beginning of the process I felt comfortable doing business with them. They are attentive, courteous and prompt. They went above and beyond what I contracted for and that is a rarity these days. I have no doubt they will be willing to provide whatever I need in the future. BIG kudos, I highly recommend them. UPDATE 9/6/24- My air stopped cooling in the middle of the night and by 6 am it was 89 degrees in here. I called the office and after realizing how critical my particular situation is (health issues) Stephanie was able to get a tech out within an hour or so. Jeff was courteous, knowledgeable and understanding. He identified the issue, performed the repair and had everything back to normal in 20 minutes. BIG shout out to the staff at Lincoln Air!
