2 months agoIf there were more stars, i'd tick them all. Today was the second time DESERT HEROS has serviced my A/C. Robert, the owner, arrived at the promissed time, was very personable and professional, checked out my entire a/c system and reported it to be operating normally, did some normal maintenance, then did some EXTRA things he should have charged me to do (but did it free of charge, very graciously), didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, took care to protect my roof, wore booties to keep the outside outside, and cleaned up after himself. I will happily ask them to return if/when i need help and would highly recommend Desert Heros to anyone looking for an honest and professional HVAC company. What a breath of fresh - cool - air. Thank you, Robert. -

3 months agoI can't share enough how incredible, efficient, professional, or amazing how Robert and Desert Heroes have remedied my problem. Had a booster fan issue that i could not find a soul to fix it. enough offers to clean my dryer vent. not what i needed. Robert figured out the exact problem and tackled it. talked to me about pricings and approaches to rectify this problem. when we decided which direction to approach, he tackled it and remedied. No more noise. Issue resolved. I'm so relieved and grateful. Can't thank them enough.
