5 months agoBrisk Air is a quality, honest family run business. Making an appointment was easy and we were scheduled for maintenance within a week. Matt the owner called when he was on his way and he took time to do maintenance on our 5 ton rooftop unit and a mini split for our AZ room. We were provided pictures of work that was recommended to be done next Spring and decided to have Matt install a surge protector due to intense monsoon storms. No pressure or unnecessary work recommended. Definitely recommend Brisk Air LLC. -

6 months agoArrived home after being out of town for a few weeks and found house temperature was 97 degrees and the air conditioning would not work. Called Brisk air because they are a family owned business about 11:45 and was told they would be there between one and three today and who would be there. About 20 minutes later Brandon called and told me he would be there in about 30 minutes. He arrived on time and proceeded to troubleshoot and repair the problem. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We will use them in the future and we highly recommend them. This experience was head and shoulders above any other experience we have had with large HVAC companies.
