3 months agoMatheus reached out to me after I had closed on my new home. He showed up the next day to introduce himself and walk through the pool and his service plan. He has exceeded all my expectations, shows up on time, is an EXCELLENT communicator, and overall a great person. For example, prices have risen with chemicals and salt, like many other things. Instead of simply raising my price he gave me options on how I'd like to continue my pool service. I have a screen enclosure over my pool, so it's lower maintenance than others. We actually agreed on a lower monthly rate for him to come every other week instead of weekly. In this day and age, options and choices for the consumer seem to be continually limited with higher prices being the only option, Matheus thought outside the box. My pool is always sparkling, I sincerely could not recommend him and his services more. -

Not only does he do a beautiful job with keeping our pool crystal clear, he's always consistent with scheduling, communicates on a weekly basis, gives fantastic recommendations, and works with the customer. Highly recommend- if you're looking for a great company this is it! -
