11 months agoExtremely Disappointing Experience I was told the tow truck would arrive in 101 minutes - it's now been over 200 minutes, and still no sign of them. When I called to check on the status, the person I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and arrogant, no apology for the delay. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Look elsewhere if you want reliability and some respect. Update - I talked to my insurance and driver called me and told he is gonna take another 17 mins to reach. Still waiting.... -

12 months agoThey don't even deserve one star. They blow up my phone because they couldn't find my car at a business in an open parking lot. Then my car got denied at a shop, my fault. Instead of calling me they drop it in a lot and have to pay all types of fees to get it out, my insurance is still trying to fix the roadside assistance to get another tow. A whole day event! Thanks a whole lot! -

1 year agoThey are shady! Would not allow my car to be picked up for days and it wracked up my bill to over $500. They kept giving excuses as to why I couldn't get it and would not provide me their physical office address. Stay clear of this place! -

FAQ
How does Trejo's Towing LLC determine towing prices?
Towing prices depend on factors like distance, vehicle type, and time of service. We provide upfront quotes based on these details to give you a clear idea before starting. This approach helps avoid surprises with the final bill.
Are you licensed and insured for towing services?
Trejo's Towing LLC holds the necessary licensing and insurance required for towing operations in Phoenix. Our coverage protects both your vehicle and our equipment during transport. Always verify current credentials when hiring any towing service.
Does Trejo's Towing LLC handle flatbed towing for damaged vehicles like Porsches or SUVs?
We use flatbed tow trucks for safe transport of damaged vehicles including sedans, SUVs, vans, and commercial trucks. Flatbeds keep wheels off the ground to prevent further damage during towing. This method suits a range of vehicle conditions shown in our service photos.
What should I expect for arrival times when you tow my vehicle?
We give estimated arrival windows based on your location and current conditions, typically ranging from 1-3 hours depending on traffic. Delays can occur due to high demand or location challenges, so we recommend confirming status by phone if waiting. Clear communication helps set realistic expectations.
How does Trejo's Towing LLC handle vehicle pickup and any debris at the scene?
We secure the vehicle on the flatbed and remove any loose debris from the towing site to leave it clean. Our process ensures the area is cleared after loading without additional mess. This standard practice minimizes impact on the location.
Why is professional towing safer than trying to move a damaged vehicle yourself?
Professional towing uses specialized flatbed equipment that lifts the entire vehicle, avoiding strain on damaged parts or axles. DIY attempts risk further injury to the vehicle or personal harm from unstable loads. Our trained team follows safety protocols to transport vehicles like law enforcement trucks or commercial vans securely.
