2 years agoETA updates not provided. Times given are not accurate. When you attempt to call, you're unable to reach anyone. When the Tow Truck Drive finally arrived, they towed my vehicle to the wrong location and gave my car keys to the wrong repair shop. When I ask the driver about the mix up, he lied and sent me a photo from the internet showing my car at the location. What's appalling is the car in the photo wasn't my car!'
