3 months agoI had an excellent experience with Power Towing, and I want to specifically recognize Joe, who went above and beyond to help me. I was stranded shortly after purchasing an EV vehicle when it completely lost power. Joe showed up promptly, was calm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Because the car had no power at all, getting it onto and off the tow truck was challenging but Joe was creative, patient, and resourceful in figuring out a safe way to handle it. What really stood out was how much care he took getting the car into my driveway, which is a very tight space without damaging property. He didn't rush, didn't complain, and made sure everything was positioned perfectly. It was clear he genuinely cared about doing the job right, not just getting it done quickly. Situations like that can be stressful, but Joe made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. If you ever need a tow, I highly recommend Power Towing, and if you can request Joe ... do it.
