6 years agoI would give negative stars if possible. I was broken down on freeway entrance- called them and they said "15-20 minutes". 30 minutes later I called- no answer. Then he texted to say he was on another call when I called. 2 hours later- I tried calling and texting- nothing. I finally went home and left car- and zero calls the rest of the night or any attempt to call me. They just dont care. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. IF YOU ARE STRANDED DONT CALL THEM--if you want to be stranded- this is a good place to call.

FAQ
How does CnD towing determine pricing for towing services?
Pricing for towing services depends on factors like distance, vehicle type, time of day, and specific circumstances such as roadside recovery. We provide upfront quotes based on these details once you describe your situation. This approach ensures transparency so you know the cost before service begins.
Are you licensed and insured for towing services?
CnD towing operates with certified drivers for intrastate hazmat transport, ensuring compliance with safety regulations for hazardous materials. Our single truck and two drivers are equipped for secure vehicle recovery in Phoenix, AZ. Homeowners can verify our certifications through state transport authorities for added confidence.
Does CnD towing handle flatbed towing for cars and specialty vehicles?
We use flatbed tow trucks for safe transport of various vehicles, including standard cars, pickups, and custom-wrapped sports cars or sedans as shown in our service photos. Flatbeds prevent damage by keeping wheels off the ground, ideal for luxury or low-clearance vehicles. This method suits breakdowns on Phoenix roads or freeway entrances.
What arrival timeline should I expect when I call for towing?
We aim for 15-20 minute response times on Phoenix roads for urgent breakdowns, though traffic or prior calls may extend this slightly. Our two drivers cover the area efficiently with one truck, prioritizing safety during approach. Always provide your exact location for the quickest dispatch.
What does CnD towing do about debris or cleanup after a tow?
We clear any vehicle-related debris from the scene during recovery to leave the area safe for other drivers. Our process includes checking for spilled fluids or parts before departure. This minimizes hazards on public roads like freeways in Phoenix.
Why is professional towing safer than trying a DIY vehicle recovery?
Professional towing uses specialized flatbed equipment and certified drivers trained for hazmat and safe recovery, avoiding risks like further vehicle damage or personal injury common in DIY attempts. We follow proper securing techniques to handle various loads securely on Phoenix roads. Attempting recovery without this expertise can lead to accidents or legal issues.
