Straight to the point, no BS, and absolutely no pressure or upselling. They came in, explained everything clearly, and got right to work. The entire job-from removal of the old unit to installing the new system-was completed in just a few hours. That included taking things apart and rebuilding sections in the attic, which they handled without any issues. Super efficient and clearly experienced. They were friendly, respectful, and took the time to show me how everything works once the install was complete. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing the job right. 4 months agoI call for a 2nd option and then had them do the work as they were able to move things around to accommodate my travel schedule. They came on time, with a whole crew, and replaced my duct and air flow system. The last 2 AC companies just wanted to sell a system, and not fix the problem. J&M took the time to explain and fix the problem. With all the "fly by night" companies out there, its hard to know who to believe. These guys did a great job, fair, clean, and I feel like I can trust them. That's a great feeling! They did a great job! Thanks
