12 months agoThis company is horrible to deal with as they try to up sell everything possible. I gave them the location, sq footage ( 300) while asking an average price. Their adds say 99 bucks but thats just not true. Their price was 300 bucks actually. That was ok but when I asked about scheduling? The response was to try to sell me more services for a house I dont own. Second floor & stairs. Neither are part of this. Just cheap up sell as they ignore what is asked. Then they began trying to insult me by saying I was aggressive with my questions. A question about schedule is aggressive? Beware of who you are dealing with & who may be in your home. Even today they continue to send nasty messages to me. Just wont let it go. This will all be forwarded to the BBB today as I open a case against this company. All of what took place was done by text so that record will be sent to these agencies as well. Find any other company to do your work. -

4 years agoProfessional and friendly. Excellent cleaning results. Carpets thoroughly cleaned with all residue removed, so there's no "crunchy" sound when walking on it. Cleaning solution smells great. I was glad to see that the long hose to the truck was clean looking, so I didn't feel like I had to mop the floors afterward. Best price around. I highly recommend Cleaning Service Pro. -

5 years agoJacob is amazing! This is the 2nd time we've used him and both times Jacob has been reliable, trustworthy, communicated efficiently and done an outstanding job. I really love that I can choose for him to use natural, non-toxic cleaners because that matters a lot to me. The carpets and tile looked amazing and all the spots were gone. It smelled so fresh and clean, not like "chemicals" so we didn't get any headaches. I would HIGHLY recommend Jacob. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Jacob!!
