1 week agoMy experience with the Flooring outfit was fantastic. From the minute I walked into their showroom and met Kelsey she showed me around I knew this was the company that was going to do my floors. I spent some time there looking at all their samples and left with 2 to bring home. Kelsey schedule a appointment and came to my house to measure. She is very knowledgeable and gave me a quote that day. I did go back to their showroom and met Jake the owner for some more information. The communication through the whole process was great.!!! The 2 gentlemen that did the install were great!!!!! David/Juan. Roman was the supervisor of the 2 installers and he to was a pleasure to work with. It was a great experience to work with all the staff. Who knows maybe countertops next !!!!!!!! Highly recommend this business.... JT -

3 weeks agoThe guy sold me absolute trash. It NEVER should have been on his floor for sale. I asked him multiple times how well and what the LVP could/should withstand and he led me to believe it would be a great product. It was my first time buying LVP but I bought this particular one cuz it matched my tile the best but I was leery bc the price was cheaper. It is SUPER flimsy. The finish on the edges came off easily if we weren't super gentle with installation. Edges have been lifting more and more. Now, thousands of $ later, I'm going to have to replace it soon and it's only been on <3 yrs but the edges started lifting soon after installation. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 bc part of the purchase was my fault. I should've done more research on products. I guess I just thought the expert would guide me well. -

2 months agoWe just had a great experience buying carpet for two bedrooms and a walk-in closet from The Flooring Outfit. We went there initially because they carried a brand of "Pet-Friendly" carpet no one else in the area did. In they end, they helped us choose a "pet proof" product from another company that has much more contemporary -- and less expensive -- options. Installers were very respectful and would have moved large furniture for us but we chose to do it ourselves. Huge dog-lovers, their own dogs are often at the shop.
