They ground the floor, vacuumed it, mopped it with a cleaning agent and then laid the epoxy coating and sprinkles (I chose a partial sprinkle coat as opposed to total which occludes the base). Came back the next day to seal. The floor looks awesome and they warranty their work! These folks pay attention to detail and work on your project as if it were their home! I intend to hire them again in the future!!
