2 months agoThis company is just a middle man to the guys that do the real work! What a scam! We purchased a new home and unfortunately used our realtors suggestion with this company. They had Gilbert roof do the work. Then after 6 months we have a flat roof leak. Home warranty would not help since they described the work as not being done to code. Then when contacting roof rite they blamed my roof even they are the ones that quoted the work then no surprise after the contractor shows up a over 2 weeks later (from calling 4 times trying to get help) and then also over a hour late tries to dodge blame. They then wanted to charge me more money to do what they should have quoted and done the first time. I would have paid more to have the job done right the first time vs having an incorrect quote then blame dodge game. I now will have to contact BBB and consulting legal action. -

5 months agoHad Moe from Roof Rite AZ at my home on Wednesday 11/19/2025 in Gilbert, AZ doing a roof inspection for a future buyer. I was under impression that this would be a visual inspection only, as I was at work at the time and not able to be home. This inspection was being conducted in the middle of a rain storm at the time. Without home owner authorization, Roof Rite AZ proceeded to remove hard tiles from my roof in several different locations to inspect roof. I later found out this occurred and called Moe to relay my disapproval. I asked how the tile was replaced, and if it was done correctly. Moe said he could not remember my house and he looked at so many houses this week. I told Moe I was not happy and to take down my address so he could check with his technician, to make sure everything was replaced correctly (in the middle of rain storm). Mature owner Moe, like a child, hung up on me. Not professional and not a way to run a business.
