3 months agoFinally, a garage door company that comes out tells you the truth about what you need and gives you options without high pressure sales tactics. It was reassuring to know that I was being given information in a way that I was informed and felt prepared to make my decision of what needed to be done. Jesse was extremely professional. Very informative, polite young man. I will absolutely recommend them in the future and we'll call them when I need help again. But I also have confidence in the fact that my door was fixed correctly the first time. So I doubt I will need to call them again but at least I know where to go if I do. Thank you so much to everyone that had a hand in getting my door in working order. I sincerely appreciate Absolute Garage Doors. -

3 months agoI got several quotes for just a gargage door opener. I quickly realized that my garage door was a need of a lot more TLC than originally expected. It is an old house and before I owned it, it was a rental. I doubt anyone did any maintenance in it. I got 3 quotes, 2 of which tried to upsale me right away. Absolute was the only one that never upsaled me ... ever. Paul, the owner, came out personally and understood that I was on a budget and found solutions that would keep cost low. He was very honest when I asked if something should be replaced instead of fixed. He said ideally yes, but the fix could probably give me a few more years and keep cost down. I really appreciated that honesty and willingnessto work with me. In the end I replaced everything. Absoulute was very reasonably priced, not the cheapest but close and definitely didn't try to gouge me. Before they did the work I checked their reviews and the BBB. 5 Stars and A+. At that point it was a no brainer. Once I made a decision, the technician, Jesse came out that same day. He was very nice and professional. I had confidence that he knew what he was doing. He even programed my car for me. Did a great job and now I have the problem fixed and peace of mind. I highly recommend. -
