4 years agoWe have lived in our unit for years and not needed it serviced and probably due to wear and also this insane weather lately we had a system line get clogged which who ever heard of such a thing. Our technician came out last minute call promptly Sean (with an E) and was polite, professional, kind, he was able to explain what was going on in a way we understood. He didn't just do a lazy check and assume something he took the time to walk the property check the unit and diagnose the issue. Even in Arizona weather. He corrected the issue went above and beyond what I've seen previous technicians from other companies do and was pleasant all while doing it. I would absolutely recommend him personally for any ac needs you may have and really would like to tell cardinal that they have a true gem of an employee in Sean. He vacuumed out the area and cleaned it allowed it time to dry while checking lines to make sure it shouldn't occur again. Advised us on a way to monitor it in the future to prevent something from hopefully happening so quickly. Thank you Sean for your professionalism, your knowledge, your conversation, your kindness, your patience, and your work ethic it was appreciated more than you know from #2 -Sam -
