1 month agoDecided to replace insulation on the line from the house to outside unit. Somehow I damaged the 3/8 line ...I zigged when I should have zagged 5 pounds of gas dumped in no time! I had Semper Fi in the phone called and they sent someone out. Confirmed what I said asked me what I wanted to do. I said repair it. They said needed to pull new line etc. was on phone talking wasn't sure on how many pounds gas etc then handed me a $3900 est!!! I was shocked.. my split system in AZ room was less. Said I'd let him know. Saw the ASAP sticker on the unit and remembered they change the system out 8 years before...it 114 degrees out when it died!! ASAP did a great job at great price. Took a picture went to their office .... They said they would weld/braze the hole refill etc for $1018!!! Arturo the tech came did the job in maybe 2 hours. I went to the office right after to pay the bill, was $950 !!! Thank you ASAP ...Wayne, Eddie Bailey and Arturo... If you need AC service of any kind ...DO NOT WASTE TIME ON OTHERS CALL ASAP FIRST. -

3 months agoASAP was very quick to get out to my home and replace my unit. Even when there was a small hiccup they were able to swiftly take care of the problem. Aaron and Freddy were very informative and professional. Edit because I called them out again. Very responsive, quick and they made sure everything was good to go before closing the job. FAQ
How does ASAP Air Conditioning and Heating determine pricing for HVAC repairs and installations?
We assess the full scope of the issue by inspecting the entire system, including age and efficiency of the current unit, before providing a detailed quote. Pricing reflects factors like parts needed, labor for the job, and any adjustments for loyal customers or specific circumstances such as senior discounts. This ensures you receive a fair cost based on the actual work required without hidden fees.
Are you licensed, insured, and able to handle refrigerant safely?
ASAP Air Conditioning and Heating carries all necessary licensing, bonding, and insurance to protect your property and comply with local regulations. Our technicians hold EPA 608 certification for handling refrigerants like Freon properly during repairs and inspections. We also manage permitting and inspections as needed for installations.
Does ASAP Air Conditioning and Heating handle AC unit replacements and rooftop installations?
We perform complete HVAC replacements, including removing old damaged units with cranes and installing new efficient models like Goodman rooftop systems. Our services cover both residential outdoor units and commercial rooftop AC units, ensuring proper sizing and performance. Photos of our recent jobs show thorough removal of aged equipment and precise new installations.
What should I expect for arrival times and scheduling with you?
We respond quickly to calls, especially emergencies, with thorough scheduling through our call center to set clear arrival windows. For replacements or major repairs, expect a full system review on the first visit followed by efficient installation timelines. Our team communicates every step to minimize disruption to your day.
How does ASAP Air Conditioning and Heating handle cleanup and debris after service?
We remove old units and debris from the job site, leaving your property clean and free of waste materials. Technicians use drop cloths and protective measures during work to prevent damage or mess inside your home. After installation or repair, we verify everything functions before final cleanup.
Why is hiring you safer and more effective than attempting HVAC repairs as a DIY project?
Professional repairs involve specialized tools, safety training, and knowledge to handle high-voltage electrical components, refrigerants, and heavy equipment without risks like injury or system damage. DIY attempts often overlook ductwork issues, improper sizing, or refrigerant leaks that lead to inefficiency and higher long-term costs. Our inspections ensure airflow, static pressure, and charge levels meet manufacturer standards for safe, optimal performance.
