5 months agoWe are beyond happy with our experience as well as completed project with American Wolf Construction. They gained our trust right from the beginning with getting us a bid the day after they came out. From there, the communication was impressive and quick. The big and small projects were exactly what we wanted and then some. When we had questions or concerns, they were met immediately and effectively. We never felt like a bother thanks to the team. Javier and his staff worked so hard each day, even on Saturday to keep things moving. Adam and Gavin worked behind the scenes to ensure things were getting done. Tony came in late to the project but treated our home like it was his, ensuring quality work and communication were upheld. The original quote was fair, and never were we asked to pay anything different than what was originally discussed. We have 2 more projects in the next two years and we will ABSOLUTELY, 100% use American Wolf for those projects. -

5 months agoWe hired American Wolf as a subcontractor through our general contractor for an expedited project - and it turned into a nightmare. On October 2, 2025, their project manager shared false information about the work being done, which was later contradicted by emails, texts, and witnesses. The next day a project manager, came to our property and became verbally aggressive when I questioned the accuracy of his statements. The encounter was recorded on video and witnessed by multiple workers. I ultimately had to ask him to leave after being yelled at on my own property. When my spouse called the company's CEO, to discuss the incident, he hung up on my husband. American Wolf has since tried to twist the story, calling their own employee's behavior "harassment" from us - despite clear evidence to the contrary. We're sharing this to warn other homeowners: be cautious before working with American Wolf. No consumer should be treated this way or feel unsafe on their own property. To no surprise, American Wolf won't take accountability for any wrongdoing on their part, and instead tries to make it sound like a misunderstanding on the client's part. I am happy to share the video with audio showing Todd Sczruba yelling at me. As a company owned by "Mormon's", their behavior isn't very Godly. -

1 year agoHad a bathroom remodel done and it was a smooth process. The quality of work that was provided is top notch and will 100% use them for any projects in the future. Even after the remodel was done, any questions or issues I had they responded quick and stood by their word. Cannot recommend American Wolf enough.
