1 year agoExtremely Disappointed - Fraudulent and Unprofessional I hired this company based on a neighbor's recommendation on Nextdoor, but my experience has been nothing short of terrible. Their contract explicitly stated they would use Termidor for termite treatment, but instead, they used Dominion without informing me. This is deceptive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, termites reappeared less than a year after they treated the whole house. I called multiple times to address the issue but received no response. I even sent emails, but they have completely ignored me. I was willing to pay the renewal fee, but this time I wanted them to use good quality materials like Termidor, as initially promised. It's becoming clear that the reviews I relied on might have been bought, as this company does not seem to operate with integrity or care about its customers. I trusted them to do the job right, but I feel defrauded. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs! -

If I did have any problems, they always listened and we always worked it out to my satisfaction. Also, I have a Termite contract with them.
