We usually have the carpets cleaned every year and will have them stretch any ares that are getting ripples in the carpet. Our carpets always look brand new and so clean after they are done. They do a great job at pulling any excess water out of the carpets so they dry super fast. Preston's always done of great job at communicating when his crew will be at our home. Wouldn't use anyone else. -
