2 months agoChris came out on Dec 22nd to provide a quote for spa tile replacement. He looked like he hated life and his job when he arrived, but I didn't know if he always looked so mad and unhappy, so I ignored his attitude. He looked at the spa and said he would have a quote the following week or the beginning of 2026. I followed up with Chris on January 16th and on January 29th he texted to say he's working on getting quotes and would have them soon. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting on the quote. Obviously I went with another company since I wouldn't choose to use a company that employs rude employees, but to not get a quote and waste both of our time coming out to look, makes no sense. -

3 months agowe met these guys at AZ home show; the owner was there spoke about remodeling our pool. they scheduled an in-home visit with recommended upgrades. we also got other quotes, these guys were not cheapest, but communication was great, with a couple small delays. our pool was finished in about 30 days. was not too bad for time of the year. with weather delays and material availability. all concerns were communicated with a group chat. with quick responses. great company to work with. thanks Mike -

He was also available for my phone calls and text messages. The quality of work done by the different crews for the different components of the job were each excellent! -

All their guys are top notch and the different trades were all professional and delivered high quality service for my pool remodel. 6 months agoLove Your Pool AZ did a major and complete renovation on our pool and spa to include demolition to original pool and installing new mini pebble lining, new tiling , new LED lights in pool and spa. Branden V was an excellent project manager and kept us informed during each step. Each crew involved were also excellent and professional. The end result is a beautiful, new, refreshing pool and spa.
