1 year agoCan't give 0 stars. The owner is rude and is not concerned with your issue. Their theory is that you ac either works or it doesn't. A majority of their revenue must come from home warranty programs who pay them to "certify" that your ac is working, so the warranty doesn't have to pay to fix or replace your ac. Either way they get paid and you get sub par service at best. The owner was extremely rude during his vist. The follow up service provided as requested by my property management company was so bad that my wife asked me to tell them to leave because of how rude he was being. This was less than the unusual and poor customer service I received from the OWNER of Gothem LLC who completely dismissed my issues and told me that a small injection of "freon" would resolve the issue, that they paid no attention to understand what the issue I reported was. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Please feel free to see my other Google reviews as I am open and honest about all reviews I place on the internet. -

1 year agoWhen My old A/C finally broke and it was time to changed. I had a friend who refer to Gotham Air! I told them I want the top A/C and they gave me the top one! TRANS. I am very happy with their honest and reliable tech that knows what they are doing! I would refer anyone to Gotham Air. -
