The Pool Whisperer
3 months agoOrder was put in on 12/04/25. Specific instructions were the cover must be at property BEFORE 01/01/26. Order was not even shipped out by 01/01/26. Excuses ranged from cover not being ready to " we are missing anchors " which are pretty standard not specialized parts. We had to cancel as a result. You must be honest and up front with your customers in regards to shipping time and when item will be delivered. -
