  I would give them zero Stars if I could. when they rented us our trailer they told us that nobody had inspected it yet, there's a hole in the kitchen floor we have been trying to get them to repair since we moved in spring of 2024, the water heater does not work but 5 minutes at a time, and the town has told us the company does not pay utilities and they will be shutting off the water. We gave them our 30-day notice to move out the beginning of October and they are still trying to change us for November. My biggest question is where did my security deposit go because they didn't put it into fixing any problems at the house

  Landlords refused to return phone calls, emails, or any other form of contact concerning problems with the home (i.e. electrical shorts, plumbing issues). I only rated this company a 1-star because 0-stars was not an option.
