2 months agoFrom the very first conversation, they were professional, thorough and helpful. I spoke to them 3 times prior to the actual moving day to discuss details which helped me to feel assured that they would show up. They arrived earlier than our time slot but I was grateful for it. The movers worked very well as a team and my items were cared for. Brandon even helped me rearrange the storage unit. They were friendly, polite and very considerate! I would highly recommend them to anyone. -

I would definitely recommend John Volken Movers. if you're in need for honest, hard working professional movers, they will take excellent care of you. By the way, I contacted this company as I was familiar with the name John Volken. I found out that the moving company is a part of John Volken Academy and is an outstanding non-profit organization. -

We had to move my parent into a senior living facility and they were very careful with the furniture. Their communication throughout the process was exceptional and the pricing was crystal clear. 2 months agoWe have used Academy Movers twice in the last 2 weeks and plan to schedule again soon. Their scheduling staff is polite and thorrough. The crew that came was very polite, clean and very easy to work with. They have a 2 hour minimum which we have not needed twice. It would be nice customer service if you can save some portion of that time for future tasks. Their price per hour is reasonable but the 2 hour minimum turns cost way up if you can not use their services for a full 2 hours. Overall satisfied with their service and would highly recommend using Academy Movers.
