6 months agoWe had a clogged pipe in our A/C unit. I reached out and they responded immediately and were able to come out the same day. Within a couple hours someone was here, they cleared the line and fixed our broken pipe for the AC condensate drain line. Extremely happy with the customer service and fast response, already recommended to my neighbor and will be having them come out to do our twice a year tune ups. 8 months agoWanted to make me wait over 36 hours for an emergency ac appointment. Had no air in my home and infant children. Its not even hitting 110 outside and they say they are that busy? I call BS. I am a renter and understand I cant control the management company and when they send the service request, but that is still horrendous. I got someone out the same night and it was fixed in 15 minutes.
