2 months agoWould not recommend this company. Sloppy tech left caps off outside unit, attached wrong picture of air filter trying to make it look like I didn't changed my air filters. Tried talking about issues from the past work they have done and the billing department was very rude and unprofessional. Find a different company!!! -

2 months agoI just had a new HVAC installed by Hicken Air. Incredible system, 2-Stage operation 16SEER2 w/ Gas Furnace and quality skilled tradesman. Upon completion, I noticed the externally installed AC Hi-Press Dryer was installed in a zone of potential human damage. The old unit had the Dryer factory installed inside the AC Condensor, but new system required an externally installed Dryer. I shared my concern with installation dept and they immediately corrected the situation at NO cost parts and labor. Below is the before and after of relocated new inline Dryer. Great immediate Service and redo. Thanks Hicken Air. -
