3 weeks agoI had a great experience with this company. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I had different crews for the different jobs and all were professional and did an amazing job. They widened my fireplace, replaced the mantel and replaced my front door with a beautiful custom door, etc. to my personal taste. This is a new home so I was surprised when they found an area around the fireplace on the exterior of my home (for access to the fireplace gas line) that was completely unsealed. It was missed by the builder leaving my home open to the elements and potential rodents or snakes. The rain was coming in because of this gap and buckled my wood flooring. The builder originally thought the glue was the problem until RR&C found this issue. They absolutely saved me money and aggravation in the future. Everything was just perfect right down to the paint match. They were also very gracious to work with my crazy timeline. I can't thank them enough or praise them enough for the great job at a great price. I would also like to add that they stuck to the estimate and did not "change" the price as some contractors do. Absolutely the best experience with a contractor and absolutely restored my faith in contractors. I will be using them again for "phase two" of changes I have planned. Thank you!!!!! -

2 months agoWas late doing the work. Also After being told to send the invoice to the insurance company adjuster, someone from the business called me and threatened to put a lien on my house. After a quick phone call which was supposed to be done by the business, I got it squared away and paid for. Extremely unprofessional. -

11 months agoI recently hired Rapid Restoration for a project and unfortunately, it was a frustrating experience. From the start, communication was lacking. They were unresponsive to my messages, which made the process even more difficult. Upon completion, the quality of the work was far below expectations.I attempted to address my concerns directly, but they were dismissive and did not offer any solutions. I would not recommend their services, as my experience was highly unsatisfactory.
