7 months agoWe've been using Pool Pals for about 4 months now and are VERY happy! We had an issue with our last company that wasn't maintaining our pool properly and saw a FB ad for Pool Pals with a discounted 1st month. That enticed us enough to try them out. They've been great! We get a text notification they are on their way, they clean out the basket, clean the pool, use whatever chemicals, put chlorine tabs in, take pics of the basket, pool, and closed gate. The pool looks the best it ever has, feels the best it ever has, and I don't have to worry about it anymore. I would highly recommend them! -

7 months agoBeware! Terrible pool service and even worse customer service, by Donny! Our pool started to slowly turn green around September 8th, 9th. Our pool was serviced Sept 10th by Pool Pals. It continued to decline. I messaged Donny through Pool Pals FB messenger on September 16th regarding the pool starting to look worse over the weekend. We had it serviced again on the 17th. It never improved only continued to get worse. I messaged Donny again on September 19th @ 9:18 am with pictures showing how much worse the pool looked. I also left him a voicemail @ 9:23 am, trying to cover my bases, in hopes of a response. It's now September 20th @ 1:30 pm and I still haven't received a response from him! Completely shameful! I will be canceling my service immediately! -
